Official notice is hereby given that the 2021 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Bradford North Foodbank (“the charity”) will be held at Church on the Way, 158 Bradford Road, Five Lane Ends, BD10 8SA, 5.15-5.45pm. Doors will open at 5pm. There is a large car park accessed via Javelin Close. Anyone with an interest in our foodbank is welcome to attend the AGM. Further information can be found here.
Near the entrance we will be running two informal fundraising efforts for our Emergency Utility Fund. There will be a ‘Pay As You Feel’ sale table and a ‘Guess the Name of the Lamb’ competition.
The AGM will be followed by a free ‘Thank You’ meal for our wonderful volunteers and supporters. During the meal we will hear about the Trussell Trust’s vision for the foodbank network and have a chance to contribute ideas towards Bradford North Foodbank’s vision for the next 3-5 years. The evening will finish at around 7.30pm.
Places at the meal are limited due to space and covid-19 social distancing, so booking is essential. Volunteers and supporters will be contacted about how to book a place via Eventbrite.
